Nags Head, North Carolina / Oceanfront / Top floor

Direct booking coming soon

The whole ocean, from the top floor.

Fourth floor, front row, nothing in the way. A two-bedroom condo where the Atlantic runs 180° across your balcony rail. There's an elevator, so nobody's hauling a cooler up the stairs. The sand starts a barefoot walk from the lobby.

What makes it special

Top floor. No neighbors above. Just weather and water.

Most oceanfront rentals give you a slice of the view. This one gives you the whole arc — a hundred and eighty degrees of open Atlantic, from pier lights in one direction to empty dune line in the other.

Nags Head faces due east, so the sun comes up out of the water here. Coffee on this balcony is the reason people rebook before they've finished unpacking.

180°

Unbroken ocean from the balcony and living room.

4th

Top floor of four, with an elevator.

The layout

Before you book

Questions people ask.

The short list guests ask first.

How far is the beach, really?

You are oceanfront. The building sits directly on the dune line, and the public beach access next door is lifeguarded in season with a step-free ramp. There is no highway to cross.

Is it really a 180° view?

The unit is on the top floor of a four-story oceanfront building facing due east, so the balcony and living room look out over open Atlantic in a wide arc.

Can we bring the dog?

Up to two dogs are welcome. A per-pet fee applies; the exact amount is confirmed during booking.

How many people does it actually sleep?

Six comfortably: a king in the oceanfront primary, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the second living area. There are two full bathrooms.

Is there an elevator?

Yes. The elevator serves the fourth floor, and complimentary on-site parking is available.

Is there a pool?

No pool is on site. This is a small, quiet oceanfront property with the beach directly beside it.
